The demand for care is doubling due to an ageing population, while the labour market is shrinking and costs continue to rise. Healthcare professionals lose up to a third of their time to administration, clients and informal carers experience uncertainty due to fragmented systems, and administrators have to make choices within limited resources and increasing risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pink Elephant, together with partners inside and outside&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thedigitalneighborhood.com\/\"><strong>The Digital Neighborhood<\/strong>,<\/a>&nbsp;on a coherent digital vision towards 2030, with a strategic look-through to 2035.
