It further connects and automates the process, from delivering a configured, ready-to-use laptop for a new joiner to replacing faulty devices or collecting equipment when an employee moves or leaves.<\/p><p>Customers will benefit from faster, more consistent service, improved quality, fewer handovers and less administration. Pink Elephant and Circular IT group are standardising key processes and integrating Circular IT group\u2019s platform directly with Pink Elephant\u2019s systems, creating a smoother journey from customer service request to resolution.
