Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) extended contract with Pink Elephant!

Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) recently extended its partnership with Pink Elephant. This contract extension marks a new phase in our digital transformation, in which EBN will continue to innovate together with Pink Elephant and strive to optimise our IT services. This partnership enables us to ensure the highest quality of service and to continue building a future-proof IT infrastructure.

One of the key pillars in this collaboration is the use of Pink365. Pink Elephant's Microsoft ecosystem based on public cloud service delivery provides a solid foundation for EBN's day-to-day operations. The deployment of the ecosystem contributes to a more efficient and effective working environment for all employees. In addition, we will measure customer satisfaction in a new way. By using advanced techniques and data analysis, EBN can respond even better to the needs of its employees. A SIAM manager will also be added to maintain contract agreements with a large number of underlying (SAAS) platform service providers. This enables us to continuously improve services as a directing organisation and put the employee at the heart of everything we do.

"We have great confidence in our collaboration with Pink Elephant" said Martin Hoff, CIO at EBN. "The collaboration enables us to respond faster to our customers' needs and integrate new technologies for the benefit of the energy transition."

"We are delighted that EBN continues to choose Pink Elephant as its strategic IT partner," said Perry van der Weijden, CEO of Pink Elephant. "With this extension, we are strengthening our partnership and putting our backs into further digital innovation. Together with EBN, we are building a future-proof IT environment that optimally supports the organisation."

Energie Beheer Nederland works on the energy system of the future on behalf of the Dutch government and is committed to developing sustainable energy projects, such as geothermal energy, co2 storage, green gas and hydrogen. EBN's goal is to contribute responsibly to energy supply and energy transition in the Netherlands.
