3. Create a backup policy
   Again, this is actually an open door, but often enough, practice does not match expectations. Discuss basic issues, such as backup frequency and retention, and record the outcomes. Also make sure annually that the requirements and wishes match the set-up.
4. Use the latest technology for your backup solution
