Application procedure

Step 1

The application process at Pink Elephant is straightforward! After completing the application form, one of our recruiters will respond to your application within 5 working days. For a first introduction, a short telephone conversation will take place. Based on this conversation, both you and Pink Elephant will decide whether there is sufficient interest for a follow-up interview.

Step 2

This follow-up interview will be at one of our offices, in Naarden, Den Bosch or Maastricht-Airport. During the interview we will go deeper into your CV, motivation and ambitions. We will also tell you in detail about Pink Elephant and what you can expect from us. Because it is good to let everything sink in first, we aim to provide feedback the next day.

Step 3

If the feedback is positive, a second interview with your possible future manager and a specialist in your field will follow. If both parties are positive after this interview, there will be a contract offer from our HR adviser and, if approved, we will of course invite you to come and sign as soon as possible!
